ICKO Apiculture processes the following categories of personal data: identification data (surnames, first names, dates of birth, etc.), contact data (email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.), data relating to orders and payments as well as data relating to the diplomas and experience of job applicants.
The information collected by ICKO Apiculture and which is indispensable for the above-mentioned purposes is identified by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, ICKO Apiculture may not be able to provide the service concerned.
Your data is collected directly by ICKO Apiculture or may have been transmitted to us by our commercial partners.
Recipients of the data :
The personal data processed is mainly communicated/accessible to the Sales & Marketing Department, the Information Systems Department, the Finance Department and the Human Resources Department of ICKO Apiculture.
In the context of the purposes referred to in this Policy, your personal data may be communicated to third parties, partners and/or subcontractors of ICKO Apiculture, for example :
-to other companies of the group to which ICKO Apiculture belongs ;

Shelf Life :
The personal data collected is stored by ICKO Apiculture in accordance with the data protection regulations and for the duration of the legal requirements. For example: :
Data relating to commercial prospecting are kept for three years from the last contact;
customer data is kept for the duration of the contract plus the statute of limitations;
Data relating to unpaid invoices are kept until the dispute is settled out of court or, failing that, until the statute of limitations expires.

You have the right to request access and rectification of your personal data.
