Retraction

You have 14 days (from the receipt of the articles) to give you an opinion. In case of exchange or refund, return the new article(s) in its original packaging(s), intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions and documentation.

 

Return Product

Please attach the return slip to your shipment after printing and completing it, so that your package can be identified and medicated quickly. Capsules, jars and embossed wax are not accepted in return for reasons of hygiene.

 

Transportation Litigation

List the damaged items precisely with their reference, as well as their number on the carrier's delivery slip when delivered. (Example: 1 settling tank 50kg damaged) Notify us of your stores so that we medicate the dispute with the carrier within 48H with this form: https://commande.icko-apiculture.com/sav/sav.html 

Any claim made beyond these time limits will be systematically rejected and will relieve the seller of any liability.Do not throw away the damaged goods, keep there at the carrier's disposal.

 

IMPORTANT: Do not comment on the package. The words "intact but damaged package", or "subject to control", have the effect of dismissing the carrier’s liability. Your dispute will not be taken into account and you will not be compensated.
